All Beans Counted – Online accountants - prices (all plus VAT)
Good news if you have a business with a turnover under £95,000, there's just one fixed monthly fee to
pay depending on your business type:
Sole Trader – £29 per month
Partnership – £39 per month
Limited Company – £49 per month
This fee includes annual accounts and tax return plus general advice for business with up to 2 partners or 2 directors/shareholders.
Additional services are available for fixed monthly rates:
• VAT return: £5 extra per month
• Personal self assessment tax return from £6.25 extra per month
• Annual Return: £3 extra per month (includes companies house filing fee)
• Payroll from £15 extra per month
• Director only payroll from £6 extra per month
One off fees of £50 are also applicable for company formation, VAT registration or dormant company accounts. Tax investigation insurance (with a free legal helpline) also starts from £90 per annum.
This allows you to mix-and-match your requirements to create a flat monthly fee for everything you
need. If you have a business with a larger turnover or more complex circumstances, then we can discuss
this with you and provide a bespoke monthly fee which is tailored to your circumstances.
Do you want to switch to All Beans Counted partway through your financial year?
Not a problem. Our low prices and dedicated service rely on payments of the monthly fee from the start to the end of your financial year, so if you decide to join us partway through the year, then you may have to pay any outstanding monthly payments for your financial year alongside your first few monthly payments.
It's very easy and we'll calculate what needs to be done, so the best thing to do is get in touch for a free consultation and quote. What we won't do is give you a large bill in your first month - we will spread the cost for you.
